The BDC20T Battery Powered Trackless Transfer Cart is an advanced 20 Ton Electric Material Transfer Cart integrating battery power supply, drive system, steel welded load-bearing frame, hydraulic steering system, traveling mechanism, intelligent control module, and fault diagnosis functions. Unlike traditional rail transfer carts that require fixed tracks and complex installation, this trackless electric transfer vehicle can move freely on cement floors and adapt to different factory layouts.
Equipped with a 48V D-440 maintenance-free battery, a 7kW motor system, and electromagnetic braking technology, the cart delivers stable transportation performance with a maximum load capacity of 20 tons and a maximum impact load of 30 tons.
